Are you Ayes Health's newest Occupational Therapist?

Are you passionate about working with children but don't want the stress and responsibilities that come with running your own business?

We are looking for a dedicated and enthusiastic Paediatric Occupational Therapist to join our growing multidisciplinary team in a full-time role. This is the perfect opportunity for an OT who values autonomy and flexibility and wants the freedom to shape their career while being supported by an established and thriving practice.

At our clinic, we believe clinicians do their best work when they have the trust and flexibility to make decisions that align with their strengths and passions. You'll have the opportunity to manage your caseload as if you were your own boss, choosing the clients you work with, the areas you wish to develop, the professional development you pursue and how your work week is structured.

We're looking for someone who genuinely loves working with children and families, values collaboration and is excited by the opportunity to grow alongside our practice.

You will work closely with our Speech Pathologists and Clinic Director as part of a supportive multidisciplinary team that prioritises clinical excellence, family-centred care and clinician wellbeing.

What we offer

  • Full-time position with genuine flexibility over your schedule and workload.

  • Complete autonomy over your caseload and clinical interests.

  • A generous professional development budget, with paid professional development leave.

  • Regular supervision and mentoring that is both provided and paid for.

  • Dedicated administration time built into your schedule.

  • Full administrative support, including scheduling, billing, reminders and day-to-day practice management, so you can focus on being a clinician.

  • Your own fully fitted and resourced therapy room.

  • A close-knit, welcoming and highly supportive team culture.

  • Opportunities to work collaboratively alongside experienced Speech Pathologists and the Clinic Director.

  • The potential to grow your role over time, including supervising Allied Health Assistants and student placements if these are areas of interest.

  • The flexibility to shape your career path based on your goals and aspirations.
